Terms
Hard water and overspray. Regular cleaning won't remove either. Before any removal work, we walk the affected panes with you, count them, and confirm the total. During the first cleaning we restore one pane at no charge so you can see the result before deciding.
Glass condition. Hard water left on glass for a long time can etch the surface, and etched glass may not restore completely. Tempered glass can contain manufacturing debris that may scratch when scraped. We inspect before any scraping and are not responsible for defects already present in the glass.
48-hour touch-up promise. If anything is missed, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.
Insurance. $1M/$2M general liability. Businesses get a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured before the first visit.
Plans. No contract. Cancel anytime by phone or email before the next scheduled visit.
This quote is based on your photos and is good for 30 days. Screens, tracks, sills and frames are included only in Full Detail.

Questions
How accurate is a quote from photos?
For most homes and storefronts, very close. The price comes from our standard rate card, not a guess; the photos just tell us how many panes, how high, and what condition. You can correct any count before you accept, and we confirm on arrival. If the count changes, you approve it before we start.
What happens to my photos?
They're stored privately for your quote and seen only by the Squeegee Guy team and the software that counts the windows. We use your photo's location only to fill in the service address. Don't want that? Turn location off or type your address instead.
Will hard water come off completely?
Usually it improves a lot. Hard water left on glass for years can etch the surface, and etched glass may not restore completely. That's why we restore one sample pane free first.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside-only work. For inside glass we'll set up access that fits your schedule, including early mornings, evenings or weekends.
Do you do commercial and multi-story?
Yes. Storefronts, offices and property management are a big part of what we do. Buildings over three stories get a quick walk-through so we can plan access safely.
How do I pay?
An invoice is emailed after each service. Businesses are Net 15, with a W-9 on request.
